Welcome to RADPerspective.com. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

RAD Perspective provides professional photography, videography, and marketing services. Each project is subject to a separate written agreement or “Shoot Brief” detailing specific deliverables.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Intellectual Property Notice

    All content included on RADPerspective.com, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and video clips, is the property of RAD Perspective and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

    1. Ownership of Work Ryan Ward / RAD Perspective remains the sole owner and copyright holder of all imagery and media produced. Purchase of services or digital downloads does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

    2. Limited License to Clients Clients who have paid for services are granted a limited, non-transferable license for the specific use cases outlined in their individual service agreements (e.g., MLS listing, social media promotion).

    3. Prohibited Uses Unless express written permission is granted, you may not:

    • Resell or sub-license any images to third parties (including contractors, stagers, or other real estate agents).

    • Alter, crop, or remove watermarks from proofs.

    • Use any media for commercial advertising outside of the agreed-upon scope.

    4. DMCA & Enforcement RAD Perspective actively monitors the web for unauthorized use of our intellectual property. We reserve the right to issue DMCA takedown notices and seek legal damages for copyright infringement.

3. Payment & Cancellations

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking date.

  • Final Payment: Full payment is due [e.g., upon delivery of watermarked proofs or within 14 days of the shoot].

  • Cancellations: We require [e.g., 48 hours] notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made within shorter timeframes may result in a loss of deposit.

4. Limitation of Liability

RAD Perspective is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services. In the event of equipment failure or data loss, our liability is limited to a full refund of the fees paid for that specific project.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State/Province of California.
